Today we are talking Emergency Preparedness. Our guest Brian Terbush works for The State of Washington Emergency Management  Division. Every year Washington State participates in the Great ShakeOut. On October 21, 2021 at 10:21AM you can join people across the world and participate in your own ShakeOut Drill.  Over 1 million Washington residents have registered to participate in the earthquake and tsunami drill.  In this episode you will learn why you need to:                                                 Drop, Cover, and Hold during an earthquake. Brian provides us with a lot of information on how earthquakes happen and how Washington State could be impacted.  We also talk volcanos as Brian is a fan of volcanos.
